The 2019, 2020, 2021 6.7 Cummins Cab and Chassis DEF delete kit is an All-in-One package designed specifically for RAM 3500, 4500, and 5500 commercial trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. It combines the EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3 tuner, Cab & Chassis-specific custom tuning, a T-409 stainless steel Delete Pipe, and the hardware required for full EGR valve and cooler removal.

This complete package is built around the different exhaust routing, ECU strategy, and drivetrain requirements of commercial C&C trucks. It replaces the restrictive factory DPF/CAT/SCR exhaust section, removes the EGR components, eliminates regeneration of the deleted particulate filter, and matches those mechanical changes with the correct engine tune.

The RAM 6.7 Cummins Cab and Chassis DEF delete kit provides the tuning and mechanical components as one coordinated package, helping avoid compatibility problems caused by combining Pickup parts with commercial-truck applications.

Vehicle Compatibility

The 2019-2021 6.7 Cummins DEF delete kit Cab and Chassis should not be ordered for a standard RAM 2500 or 3500 Pickup. Commercial chassis trucks use different exhaust layouts and can have different transmission and tuning requirements even when the engine and model year appear identical.

The 2018+ RAM communication architecture requires the correct bypass cable so the EZ Lynk tuner can communicate with the vehicle during programming.

Tuning & Performance

These trucks can use the optional SOTF switch for on-demand adjustment between supported power levels.

The 2021 Cab & Chassis uses a Single Tune only. SOTF is not available for that model year on this product, and a specific horsepower increase should not be assumed unless confirmed for the individual calibration.

The 2019-2021 6.7 Cummins C&C DEF delete kit also eliminates regeneration of the removed DPF and reduces restriction through the exhaust. Depending on the tune and truck configuration, throttle response, torque delivery, and overall performance may improve.

Actual boost response, fuel efficiency, and engine behavior depend on commercial body weight, axle ratio, towing load, maintenance, tire size, and driving style. Fixed fuel-economy improvements should not be guaranteed.

Installation

Complete the EZ Lynk tuning before removing the factory emissions systems. Connect a stable battery charger, install the required bypass cable, connect the Auto Agent 3, submit the requested VIN and vehicle information, and download the correct calibration through the EZ Lynk app.

For a 2019-2020 truck, configure the selected SOTF option if ordered. For a 2021 model, use the supplied Single Tune only. If AISIN TCM tuning was purchased, install the correct matched transmission file according to the supplied instructions. Confirm successful programming and normal engine operation before beginning hardware removal.

After tuning, remove the factory DPF/DEF/SCR exhaust section and install the stainless Delete Pipe. Then complete the EGR valve and cooler removal using the supplied hardware.

Standard metric hand tools, exhaust tools, penetrating oil, coolant-handling equipment, and safe heavy-duty vehicle support are normally required. Commercial service bodies, auxiliary tanks, or previous exhaust upgrades can make the installation more difficult, so professional assistance may be appropriate.
