Tuning & Performance
An LML tuner for DEF delete changes ECM strategies for the specified emissions-removal configuration. DEF dosing serves the factory SCR system; matching tuning removes the corresponding dosing and monitoring requirements. The programmer writes the tune through the diagnostic connection.
Flashing does not physically remove restrictive exhaust components. An installed DPF can accumulate soot when its regeneration strategy is disabled, so software and hardware changes must follow the supplied sequence.

Matching calibration supports operation without factory DPF regeneration requests. Higher settings provide increased output and potentially improved response; results depend on vehicle condition and supporting parts.
On LML applications, boost display is unavailable. Factory EGT probes are unsupported; exhaust-temperature monitoring requires additional compatible equipment.
Installation
Instructions accompany the 2015.5-2016 LML DEF delete tuner. Prepare basic hand tools, a display mounting location, and stable battery support. Follow the guide to install the connections, select the vehicle, and flash the calibration.
No custom file preparation from your VIN is required for this preloaded device. Allow approximately 30-60 minutes for initial setup and programming; updates and mechanical work add time. Basic electrical skills are needed. Our shop provides remote advice on setup and error messages.
