Vehicle Compatibility

This kit is designed for applicable 2024-2025 L5P pickup models. It is not the same tuning package used for earlier 2017-2023 L5P trucks, and Cab & Chassis applications are not supported by this configuration. Vehicle modifications should be disclosed before ordering so the correct tune and parts can be supplied.

Kit Components

• ECU Unlock Tool / Unlock Service - the 2024-2025 L5P requires ECM unlocking before the custom calibration can be installed. The ECM must be removed from the truck and sent out for the required unlock procedure.

Tuning & Performance

Removing the DPF, DEF/SCR, and EGR components without compatible tuning would leave the factory ECU looking for systems that are no longer present. The custom calibration changes the relevant control strategies so the engine can operate correctly with the selected off road hardware.

Unlike earlier L5P applications, the 2024-2025 platform requires the ECM to be unlocked before custom tuning. The stock file and infolog must first be obtained and submitted so the correct calibration can be built. Once the ECM has been unlocked and returned, the supplied tune can be written using the programming interface.

Available tuning can be ordered as a single calibration or as a multi-level package with power options reaching approximately +180 HP.

The higher power settings should only be used on a mechanically sound truck with supporting components appropriate for the requested output.

Installation
