The 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 DEF delete kit for 6.7 Cummins Cab & Chassis is an All-in-One bundle designed specifically for RAM 3500, 4500, and 5500 commercial chassis trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. It combines the EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3 tuner, vehicle-specific tuning, a T-409 stainless exhaust solution, and the hardware required for DPF, DEF/SCR, and EGR removal.

This package is built around the different exhaust routing, frame layout, and calibration requirements of Cab & Chassis trucks rather than adapting parts intended for a standard Pickup. Once correctly tuned and installed, the factory particulate filter and related aftertreatment components are removed from the exhaust path, regeneration of the removed DPF is eliminated, and the engine operates with the matching emissions-off calibration.

Vehicle Compatibility

The RAM 6.7 Cummins C&C DEF delete kit should not be substituted with a 2500/3500 Pickup package. Separate C&C listings exist specifically for this reason.

For 2018 applications, the updated communication architecture requires the applicable EZ Lynk bypass connection during tuning.

Available calibration behavior depends on the exact truck configuration and transmission. EZ Lynk supports C&C-specific tune libraries, including dedicated AISIN files rather than simply reusing Pickup calibrations. Independent current tune libraries also list separate Factory, Tow, Street, Race, and multi-position C&C calibrations for 2013-2018 AISIN applications.

After tuning and hardware removal, the deleted DPF no longer performs regeneration and exhaust flow is less restricted. Depending on the selected tune, the truck may also gain stronger throttle response, torque, and usable power. Fuel efficiency and boost response depend on load, axle gearing, commercial body weight, tire size, engine condition, and driving style, so no fixed economy result should be guaranteed.

Installation

Install the Dodge RAM 6.7 Cummins C&C DEF delete kit in the correct order: complete the EZ Lynk tuning first, then remove the factory emissions hardware. Before flashing, connect a stable battery charger, install the required bypass connection on a 2018 truck, connect the Auto Agent 3, and provide the requested VIN, year, transmission type, drivetrain, turbo, and fuel-modification information. Once the correct profile is available in the EZ Lynk app, successfully flash the ECM and confirm normal operation before beginning mechanical removal.

After tuning, remove the factory DPF/DEF/SCR exhaust section and install the selected Delete Pipe or 5-inch Exhaust System. Then complete the EGR valve and cooler removal using the supplied block-off hardware. Standard hand tools, exhaust tools, penetrating oil, coolant-handling tools, and safe heavy-duty vehicle support are normally required.
