Tuning & Performance

The DEF Delete Kit 6.7 Cummins 2019-2024 combines physical emissions removal with electronic engine tuning. After the factory DEF, DPF, SCR, and EGR components are removed, the ECM must be programmed so the engine no longer operates according to the original emissions strategy.

The RaceME Ultra tuner connects through the diagnostic port and installs the supplied calibration. The tune disables DEF-related monitoring, regeneration operation, and associated emissions diagnostics while adjusting fuel delivery, boost control, torque management, and other engine parameters to match the modified exhaust system.
