Vehicle Compatibility

Components

Calibration files are delivered electronically rather than supplied as physical parts. A compatible SOTF switch is required for switch-controlled operation and should be arranged separately. Exhaust parts and an EGR Delete Kit are separate purchases.

Tuning & Performance

The 6.7 Powerstroke EZ Lynk tuner installs a profile prepared for the truck’s VIN and mechanical configuration. For an emissions-off setup, the calibration changes the ECM strategies associated with the removed aftertreatment equipment, while replacement exhaust hardware provides the physical exhaust path.

Flashing an emissions-off file does not physically remove a DPF or SCR catalyst. Leaving an active particulate filter installed with regeneration disabled can allow soot accumulation and restriction; complete the matched hardware setup before operating the vehicle.

Additional power and torque depend on calibration and vehicle condition. Fuel efficiency may improve, but towing load, tires, maintenance, and driving style affect results. The best setting matches the truck’s workload and mechanical limits.

Installation

Using the EZ Lynk delete tuner for 6.7 Powerstroke 2020-2022 requires a compatible phone, the Auto Agent app, internet access for profile downloads, and stable battery support.

1. Create an account and register the interface.
2. Submit the VIN and vehicle specifications.
3. Connect through the OBD-II port and device Wi-Fi.
