The 2015.5-2016 LML EFI Live AutoCal V3 DEF Delete Tuner installs custom calibrations on Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD diesel pickups. This handheld device delivers prepared files to the engine controller through the diagnostic port.

Matching tuning changes DPF regeneration, EGR operation, and DEF/SCR system control for the selected hardware configuration. Engine-only and transmission-inclusive packages provide different power options. This tuner is designed for off-road and racing use.

Tuning & Performance

The 2015.5-2016 LML tuner for DEF delete installs prepared software rather than physically removing components. Matching calibration disables the relevant DEF dosing and monitoring strategies, adjusts engine operation, and supports the corresponding exhaust changes.

A delete tune does not remove the factory DPF. Leaving that filter installed with regeneration disabled can allow soot to accumulate. Follow the supplied sequence so the hardware and calibration work together.

These are separate package specifications. Stock power denotes factory-rated output with the supplied delete calibration, not the original emissions-on file.

Matching tuning offers additional horsepower and potentially improved response. Actual performance depends on engine condition, supporting hardware, and load. A power upgrade does not increase factory towing ratings.

Installation

Instructions accompany the LML delete tuner EFI Live AutoCal V3. Prepare a compatible Windows computer, EFILive software, internet access, supplied cables, and stable battery support. Basic computer skills and careful instruction-following are needed.

Custom files are prepared after the vehicle and device information is received, then delivered electronically. Load them onto AutoCal, install the files, and follow the flashing guide; allow approximately 30-60 minutes for initial setup and programming once files are ready. Preparation and mechanical work take additional time. Our shop provides remote DIY advice.

Ordering Information

Most in-stock hardware orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Carrier tracking provides delivery updates; custom calibration preparation is separate from shipping. Software and firmware updates support device setup.

DEFDelete does not provide a separate store warranty; expressly stated manufacturer coverage applies. Report defective equipment promptly. Eligible unused returns require an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Custom files and programmed products become final sale once calibration, programming, or customer-specific processing begins.
