The 2011-2019 DEF delete kit for 6.7 Powerstroke Cab & Chassis is an All-in-One bundle for Ford F350, F450, and F550 C&C trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. It combines an EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3.0 tuner, vehicle-specific tuning, and a 4-inch T-409 stainless steel exhaust, with an optional EGR Delete Kit. Unlike a pickup package, this complete solution is designed for the longer Cab & Chassis exhaust routing.

The system removes the factory DPF/DEF aftertreatment hardware from the configured exhaust path and matches the mechanical changes with ECU calibration. This eliminates regeneration commands for the removed particulate filter and reduces restrictive flow and back pressure. Actual power and fuel efficiency depend on truck condition, load, tune choice, and installation quality.

Vehicle Compatibility

The DEF delete kit for 6.7 Powerstroke C&C must be ordered for the correct year and chassis group. EGR components can vary between C&C configurations, so the optional kit should not be treated as universal hardware. Pickup exhaust systems are not the intended fitment for these longer Cab & Chassis frames.

Kit Components

• Clamps and mounting hardware - supplied for the configured exhaust and EGR setup.

A separate high-performance downpipe or ccv upgrade is not automatically included. Exact components depend on the year, tuning, EGR, and exhaust selections made when the product is configured.

Tuning & Performance

The DEF delete kit 6.7 Powerstroke C&C matches physical removal with software for the modified truck. Exhaust hardware removes the filter, cat section, DEF/SCR components, while the tune changes ECU logic that would otherwise continue monitoring those systems.

Customers can select a Single Calibration or SOTF Calibration. Supported C&C SOTF files use five power levels: 2011-2014 trucks use +30 / +60 / +90 / +120 / +150 HP, while 2015-2019 trucks use +30 / +60 / +100 / +150 / +200 HP. SOTF allows supported levels to be changed without reflashing the ECU each time.

After the system is fully installed, the truck no longer performs DPF regeneration for the removed filter. Throttle response and exhaust flow can improve; fuel economy varies with weight, gearing, towing, idle time, terrain, and driving style.

Installation

Install the 2011 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Cab & Chassis DEF delete kit in two stages: complete the EZ Lynk tuning first, then install the hardware. Connect the EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3.0, scan for existing codes, download the correct Single or SOTF calibration, and successfully flash the ECM before removing any factory DPF, DEF/SCR, or EGR components. After flashing, clear the applicable emissions-related codes and confirm that the truck starts and operates normally.

Once tuning is complete, remove the factory aftertreatment components and install the selected 4-inch Cab & Chassis exhaust. If the optional EGR Delete Kit was selected, install the corresponding block-off hardware. Basic hand tools, exhaust tools, penetrating oil, and safe access under the truck are required. An experienced DIY owner can complete the installation, but severe corrosion, non-factory exhaust routing, or tuning issues may require professional help.

DEFdelete states that most orders ship the same or next business day, but bundle parts may ship separately. Current estimates are about 3-4 business days for DPF delete tuners, 5-6 days for delete pipes and exhaust products, and about 5 days for EGR kits.

Vehicle-specific tuning and configured products may become final sale once programming, calibration, or production starts. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet the store’s unused, uninstalled, original-packaging, and RMA requirements.
