The 2020, 2021, 2022 DEF delete kit for 6.7 Powerstroke is an All-in-One package for supported Ford Super Duty pickups used off road. This full bundle combines the hardware needed to replace the factory DPF, DEF, SCR, and EGR systems with a GDP Commander tuner and vehicle-specific calibration.

With the correct tune loaded, the system removes regeneration operation tied to the deleted aftertreatment hardware and reduces factory exhaust restriction. The result is a simpler exhaust path and stable engine operation. Actual fuel economy, boost response, and efficiency depend on vehicle condition and driving style.

Tuning & Performance

The DEF delete kit for 6.7 Powerstroke works as a matched hardware and software system. After the factory emissions hardware is removed, GDP Commander loads the calibration that allows the ECM to operate with the new exhaust and EGR configuration. The order requires the VIN, Commander Serial, and ECM Serial so the correct Stock Power file can be prepared.

The tune does not add selectable horsepower stages. Its purpose is proper operation after removal while retaining factory-level power output. With the correct hardware and tune, the truck no longer performs DPF regeneration for the removed filter and exhaust flow becomes less restrictive. Normal diagnostics remain active for unrelated engine, turbocharger, fuel system, wiring, and sensor faults.

Installation

The DEF delete kit 6.7 Powerstroke can be installed by an owner with solid basic mechanical skills and safe access under the truck. Mechanical installation typically takes about 4 to 6 hours, plus time for Commander setup and ECM flashing. A compatible Windows laptop, stable internet connection, Commander software, VIN, Commander Serial, and ECM Serial should be ready before programming.

GDP Commander tuning is prepared specifically for the truck. Have the VIN, Commander Serial Number, and ECM Serial Number ready so the correct Stock Power ECM file can be prepared.

DEFdelete offers free shipping on DEF Delete Kits. Most U.S. orders ship the same or next business day, but this is a multi-component package and individual parts may be fulfilled separately. Current store estimates are approximately 3–4 business days for DPF delete tuners, 5–6 days for delete pipes and exhaust systems, and about 5 days for EGR kits. Separate tracking numbers may therefore be provided for different parts of the package.
